I would just like to say thank you for the very prompt service we received.
My ring arrived within 4 days of ordering it and I was blown away. Having
chosen it from your internet site I was still a little anxious as to
whether I would love it as much as the picture.....It is a 100 times
better! Not only that, some other websites are offering the same ring for
up to £1500!!! My partner is thrilled I saved him so much money!!

I have received both of the above watches and they have both been worth waiting for . As we are both aware there were some delays through no fault of yours or mine with the Seiko watch which got delayed at customs . I would like to take this opportunity of thanking R especially and the other staff members who kept me up to date with the delayed progress of the Seiko watch . I was approached honestly and professionally at all times . This , despite the problems , will certainly encourage me to shop online with you again. It is good that you contacted me personally when I e- mailed you . When you said the watches would be with me on a particular day , they turned up as you promised . This helped me as I did not have to take an entire day off work , and instead only had to be at home am or pm. You should be congratulated on your customer service , and at a time when I could have chosen Argos or Index instead , it was this little bit of extra care and communication between your staff and myself that persuaded me to shop with you .
So I will say goodbye for now , but look forward to shopping again soon with your team .
