Please read the following terms and conditions carefully these are applicable to all users and all purchases made from the website JewelleryForAll.Com.
These terms are subject to change at any time and it is advisable you should check them before making any new purchase.We have tried to lay them out as simply as possible,you may find it useful to print a copy for your reference.
These term and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

2. This web site,its contents,terms and conditions and contracts will be goverened and dealt with accordance to English law.
Anyone who acesses the site outside of England are responsible for conformity to any local taxes that may apply and local laws.
3. The price displayed on the site are in GB Pounds sterling,there are no additional taxes and includes free delivery within the UK mainland,goods will be delivered through Royal Mail either by recorded or special delivery,which ever is appropriate. Gift wrap service is available for a small additional charge,please click the option at checkout.
4. Goods must be signed for by a person aged 18 or over.Responsibility passes to you, the customer once the goods are delivered and signed for.It is the customer's responsibility to take care of the goods in case of need for any return.If the packet seems damaged or tampered in anyway both Jewellery For All.Com and the Royal Mail must be informed immediately and the package should be signed for damaged.
5. If we are unable to deliver to the address given to us by the customer the goods will be returned to ourselves where we will store the goods safely until we can contact the customer to re-organise a delivery time.Any subsequent re-deliveries will be charged for and the customer will be contacted to authorise Jewellery For All.Com to debit such charges.
Each re-delivery will be charged at the sum of £10.
Goods being held by ourselves due to delivery not being possible at the address given to us by the customer will be stored for 28 days after which the customer will be refunded,less delivery and administration charges incurred by ourselves.
6. Delivery outside the UK is possible to certain countries,customers have to select the non-uk destination on our cart page. The customer will be charged for delivery dependant on destination and weight of goods.

7. All information and discriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.All weights, sizes and measurements are approximate and are for guidance only as are images which may not reflect the actual size or true colour of the items,images are not to scale.As each piece is individually made and thus unique, the weight of the delivered product may be slightly higher or lower than has been displayed.
8. A binding contract is formed once you receive an email from ourselves confirming your order has been accepted,payment taken.An invoice will be sent along with the dispatched goods advising you of what you have bought.All cards are debited immediately once you place your order, and all orders must be paid for in advance before any orders are processed.
9. We aim to process all orders as fast as possible, as most items are stock items we try to dispatch goods within ten working days once payment has been received.
Special orders or custom items may take longer and customers will be advised of delivery periods of such items.Certain items may have a longer delivery time and these will be indicated accordingly.
Goods are subject to availability, ocassionally a product may be temporarily out of stock,if this is the case we will email or telephone you advising you of any delay or a possible alternative product.The customer will have the option to cancel the order if this delay is not satisfactory.
All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation.
We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

10. Cancellation of Order
Under The Distance selling regulations 2000 you,the customer have a 'cooling off period' and are entitled to cancel your order up to and including 7 working days,the first day being the day after the date of receipt of goods by yourselves.
You must notify us in written form as well any notification by phone,if you wish to cancel your order,where we will provide full instructions on how to return the item
11. Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the goods they can be returned,providing you notify us and return the goods within 21 days,where we are happy to exchange the item or give you a full refund on the cost of the goods excluding distribution costs incurred by us in supplying your order.Please contact our returns department to obtain your returns authorisation number(RAN) before you send the goods back.We will then also email or give you by phone, full instructions on how to return the goods.Special orders or customised items are not returnable.
Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 21 days from receipt of goods and please ensure you obtain your RAN.Any returns or exchanges falling outside of these dates will be refused.
Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of returns.The cost of the delivery incurred by ourselves to send the goods to you will be deducted this will be between £10 to £30 depending on each particular item,this is the cost of postage and packing to us,as will any gift wrapping provided at the customers request.The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods,we recommend appropriate packaging used and insurance taken,as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely.Any exchanges due to customer changing their mind or requiring a different product,eg different size will also incur an additional delivery charge between £8 to £30 depending on the item.
If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of the return postage.
We will not accept returned items that have been worn, misused or appeared to have been damaged due to customer negligence,or where the security tag has been removed.
Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned due to hygenic reasons unless goods have a manufacturing fault at time of delivery.Special order items,custom made pieces,made at the customers bequest are not returnableor exchangeable,also where the customer has been clearly notified in advance of the transaction by Jewellery For All.Com that this product is not returnable due to it being specifically procurred for the customer,unless goods carry a manufacturing fault at point of delivery or are not as specified by the customer.

12. Goods should be inspected upon delivery.
Any faulty goods or incorrect orders should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods by yourselves.If we do not hear from yourselves within this period it will be deemed that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose.
Please inspect your goods promptly as any claims or returns after this point will not be entertained.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
13. You must be 18 years of age to purchase from our site.
14. Jewellery For All.Com reserve the right to refuse supply of goods at their own discretion.
15. Jewellery For All.Com reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many of products in our catalogue may occasionally be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is different to the one shown we will contact you first notifying you of the error.You will then be given the chance to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel your order.
16. Registering
You do not have to register to buy from this site,but by registering with us you will be entitled to special offers and promotions only available to members.Use of member vouchers are subject to conditions, £10 discount member voucher will be issued to only 1 per household.Once a voucher has been used it will not be re-issued.The £10 voucher will automatically be applied by the system for all order totalling over £300,customers must log in first for the voucher to be used.
Also by becoming a member you will be able to store your important dates,and we automatically email you with reminders,so you will never forget that important date again!

17. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are avilable for purchase in a number of values.They are a convenient way to give a gift and have no time period for useage.Gift vouchers are non refundable or exchangeable for cash,nor is change given.It is therefore recommended that customers buy goods up to or greater than the value of their voucher,and pay any aditional balance.
To pay for goods you have selected by gift voucher is simple,proceed to basket and simply enter your gift voucher number.
18. Warranty
All goods carry a maunfacturers warranty for a period of one year,this covers goods to be free from defects that may occur due to a manufacturing fault.It does not cover goods that have become damaged due to wear and tear or negligence or misuse by the customer.
Watches are not covered under any warranty for damage to glass,cases,bracelets,straps,stones,crystals,buckles and clasps once an item has been worn.
Returned goods that are covered under manufacturing warranty,may be repair or replaced this is at the discretion at jewelleryforall.com.
19. All our watches are totally genuine and come in original boxes and packaging with full manufacturers warranties and serial numbers intact.
In order to return watches to us the watch must be unworn with security tag intact.It must be in original packaging with all instruction booklets and warranty cards.Warranty cards must not have been filled out,we will not accept any returns if any of the these conditions are not applied with.
20. Complaints
If you should feel the need to make a complaint for what ever,reason we would appreciate if you could email or phone us.
Your complaint will be taken seriously,we will investigate and will do the utmost to rectify any problem,while keeping you informed of the outcome.
