At Jewellery For All.Com we believe in total customer satisfaction,as without you our customers we would have no business.

You are very important to us and we want you to enjoy shopping with us and hopefully visit us again and again.


EXTENDED RETURNS
We are aware many purchases are for gifts,why wait by anything from 12th November 2007 and you can return it to us by 7th January 2008- subject to our normal terms and conditions.


We hope you like what you order, but if by chance you change your mind or simply do not like what you have ordered, do not worry as you have 21 days to notify us of intention of return and to get the goods back to us.Goods must be unused of course in their original presenatation box, original documentation,where we can then replace the item with an alternative of your choice or give you a refund.The next day after the date of receipt of goods counts as the first day.Please note we will not accept any product returned to us that has had the security tag removed, or any goods return after this 21 day period,there are no exceptions.



To return an item just contact our returns department to obtain your returns authorisation number and instructions on returns procedure either by
email: returns@jewelleryforall.com

or calling our returns department on 08456 44 24 51.

You must obtain a returns authorisation number(RAN)first before returning the goods to us,any items without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned back at the customer's cost.Please note we will not accept any goods back that has had the security tag removed.Once you have your RAN please return the goods in original presenatation box,and wrapped in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.Until we receive the goods back,even during return transit they are your resonsibility.We advise you use Royal mail special delivery to send the goods with appropriate insurance,this is your, the customer's responsibility.

When you contact our returns department they will give you the address of where to send the goods.

All goods should be in original presenation boxes ,with original documentation and the Returns Authorisation Number should be entered on the outside of the packet as well as any correspondence included.

Goods that are to be returned should reach us within 21 days once you have recived the goods and you must obtain your RAN.Notification to cancel must also be put in writing by yourself either by e-mail or letter.Any returns or exchanges falling outside of these dates will be refused.

Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of returns.The cost of the delivery incurred by ourselves to send the goods to you will be deducted this will be between £10-£30,depending on the particular item as each products packaging and postage cost to us is different, as will any gift wrapping provided at the customers request.The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods,we recommend appropriate packaging used and insurance taken,as it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely.Any exchanges due to a customer changing their mind or requiring a different product,eg different size will also incurr an additional delivery charge between £8-£30 depending on the item.

If the incorrect goods are sent to you due to an error on our part, or the goods carry a manufacturing fault at time of delivery then we will offer you a full refund including the cost of the return postage.

We will not accept returned items that have been worn, misused or appeared to have been damaged due to customer negligence.

Earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned due to hygenic reasons unless goods have a manufacturing fault at time of delivery.

All watches must have their security tag intact and be unused or worn with serial number intact.They must be in their original box and packaging with all instruction and warranty booklets included.Warranty cards must not have been filled in.If any of these terms are not applied to we will not be able to accept returns.

Special order items,custom made pieces,made at the customers bequest are not returnable or exchangeable,also where the customer has been clearly notified in advance of the transaction by Jewellery For All.Com that this product is not returnable due to it being specifically procurred for the customer,unless the goods have a manufacturing fault at time of delivery or are not as specified by the customer.

Goods should be inspected upon delivery.Any faulty goods or incorrect orders should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of goods by yourselves.If we do not hear from yourselves within this period it will be deemed that the goods are satisfactory and fit for their purpose.
Please inspect your goods promptly as any claims or returns after this point will not be entertained.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
