Does the price shown include VAT and delivery?

All our prices include VAT and We offer free delivery with all our purchases to any UK address.We send all parcels either by recorded or special delivery depending which ever is appropriate.

We now ship to almost any country worldwide,if wish the goods to be shipped to a non EU Country VAT will be removed at time of checkout,and your new total you pay will be without VAT,but with the postage charge added.Overseas orders will be sent by international signed for.

For Channel Island and customers,you are entitled to have VAT free goods,to make the purchase simply select the purchase as a UK customer,as this wiill give you free shipping and although you will initally be chaged the VAT we will refund this back before shipping your goods.

BFPO customers recieve free shipping,please select the purchase as a UK cusomer,please note not all BFPO addresses are entitled to VAT free sales,we will therefore verify each address provided and refund accordingly to whether the address is elgible or not.

Are your watches genuine?

Yes we stock genuine designer watches,all our watches are 100% original and genuine obtained through legitimate sources who are authorised dealers all our watches come in original boxes with warranties.

How do I make a purchase

We have created a simple sytem for ease of use by the customer simply find what you want add click the add to cart button,(if you are buying a ring or chain you must select the correct size first) once you have selected all your items then simply proceed to checkout by clicking the view basket button at the side of the screen.Once you are on the basket page just click the purchase button and enter your details.
It is that simple and extremely secure we never even see or store your credit card information all transactions are carried out by PROTX and Lloyds TSB Cardnet,we have the most secure payment service payment available,using the latest technology,ensuring you the customer are protected from any possibility of internet fraud.All cards are debited at time of purchase and all goods must be paid for before any orders are processed.

Can I have the goods delivered to another address?

Yes you can have the goods delivered to another address,we can even giftwrap the item for you .These options are available when you go to basket.Please note under certain cirumstances goods will only be sent to cardholders address irrelevant of the request or alternative address that may have been requested at time of order.

I cannot find my order with order tracking?

All orders although are taken automated online,each and every order is checked by a member from our team to spot any errors and security issues.Only once an order has been manually checked will its status appear on our tracking system.Also please note you must enter fully your unique order reference,this will be in your confirmation email to ensure your order details appear.

How long will delivery take?

Many of our products state a delivery time this refers to the number of working days we will dispatch goods within.As most items are sent Royal mail special delivery(this is dependant on value of goods),this normally means you will receive the goods within 1 or 2 working days once we dispatch the goods.Selecting giftwrapping will add an extra day or two to delivery.

Where no specific time period is mentioned our normally delivery applies,where we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible,goods are normally dispatched within 7-10 working days from when orders are received.Ocassionally some orders may take more time and customers will be notified in such events.Custom or special orders items will have their own specific delivery time and customers will be notified accordingly at time of order.If you require an item very urgently please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.

I do not live in the UK can buy from your site?

Due to an overwhelming interest from overseas customers we are delighted to announce that we are now accepting orders from overseas shoppers.Simply select the appropriate country,and follow the simple on screen instructions,our system will automatically add the appropriate postage cost and remove VAT if it is a non EU country.

What is the difference between a Court,Flat Court and D-Shaped ring?

I am a registered member how do i use my gift voucher?

It's simple, to use your voucher,first login in on the login page using your username and password,then proceed to select what you wish to purchase and go to the view basket page where your voucher will automatically be entered by our smart system.Please read our terms and conditons for limitations of user vouchers.

What if I Change my mind?

We understand that occasionally customers may change their mind or would like something else,we at Jewellery For All.Com aim to give total satisfaction and offer a no fuss 14 day return policy. So don't worry as long the goods are unused and in original presentation box,with security tag intact, simply return it back to us for an exchange or a refund*.

I have a gift voucher how long do I have to use it?

Many customers give gift vouchers it is a useful way of buying a gift while making sure the
person you are giving the gift to gets what they really want.You have no time limit on a gift voucher it is valid with us for an indefinite period.The only condition is it can not be exchanged for cash and you do not receive change from a gift voucher,so we recommend you buy goods for at least or more than your voucher value and pay any difference.


The package has been delivered damaged!

If this is the case you should sign 'package damaged' and notify both us and the Royal mail immediately if the package appears damaged or tampered in any way.Keep all packaging and paperwork that came with the parcel safe,including the outer packaging.



Are my details safe?

Yes your details are safe, we take security very seriously and we do not personally retain your credit card details this is held by our very secure payment provider. Please consult our privacy statement and security section for full details.

I don't know my ring size!

All our ring sizes are UK sizes.The best method to find your ring size is to visit a jeweller to determine your size correctly. We appreciate this is not always convenient, so we have included a ring sizer section ,simply go to the Jewellery Info -Ring Size section where you can follow the simple instructions on how to print out and use the ring sizer.

When measuring your finger, always measure at the end of the day, this is when the finger is at it's largest. Don't measure cold fingers that is when they are at thair smallest. The correct size will mean the finger will easily slide over the knuckle.
